	great find! Actually it is a Tethered Aerostat. Like a blimp but unmanned and tethered to the ground. You can see the base of the tether just to the west of the balloon. We have a whole category of these: http://virtualglobetrotting.com/category/buildings/military-aerostat/

	Does anyone else think that runway near the tether to the west looks a bit small. Like maybe a UAV runway?
