The current owner Sam Bamieh is CEO of American Intertrade Group, a privately held real estate and financial consulting firm.
e bought it for $3.5 million in December 1992 and did renovations, such as replacing the roof and updating the sound, lighting and security systems, to the tune of $19.4 million.
