Description: Oddly, the low-res Southern half seems to show water, while the high-res Northern half seems to show the "pond" under construction.

This is likely to be related to Peabody Energy's No. 16 mine, but I can't confirm that.

Also, this area is quite cool when viewed in Google Earth with terrain turned on.
