This billboard celebrates the 65th anniversary of organized ice hockey in Russia. On December 22, 1946, the first Soviet Ice Hockey Championship tournament was held with HC Dynamo Moscow crowned the champion.

This billboard features scenes of two games against the Canadian national team.
