The curve is Crescent Slough. See http://www.elections.bc.ca/map/dls_a_1of3.pdf and http://www.globalairphotos.com/gallery/BC/Delta/Ladner which identify the area as such. Seems like the area inside the curve is sometimes called Crescent Island, though this seems like a local nickname. |
