Bob Zangrillo's House

The venture capitalist lives here. He paid $20m for the house through his "Bird Streets Real Estate Development Trust" in 2013.

Previously, the house was owned by Lawrence Kuppin. He is best known for having co-owned (and eventually for having sold) the independent production company New World Pictures, which produced nearly 150 movies, including "Heathers", "Children of the Corn", "Girls Just Want to Have Fun", and a whole lot of horror films.
