The late musician, Leroi Moore, best known as the saxophone player for the "Dave Matthews Band", lived here part-time until he died in 2008 from complications resulting from an ATV accident on his farm in Charlottesville (VA). He purchased the 4-bed, 2-bath, 4,866 sq ft home in October of 2005 for approx. $3.05M, according to public records.

It is also the former home of Grammy-winning musician Chick Corea, and actors Dermot Mulroney & Catherine Keener (before their divorce).
