Hinkkanen's picture Was Soviet base during the cold war with the 515. Fighter Regiment with MiG-29S, MiG-29UB, one of its three squadrons was a special nuclear-bomber one, and an Army helicopter regiment with Mi-8/24, and a transport regiment.
