The co-creator of "South Park" has purchased this Brentwood estate on the market for $13.9M. The sellers were Richard Foos, the founder of Rhino Records, and his wife, Shari. This house was also leased from 2010-2013 by Lucian Grainge, the Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group.
