Louis Leterrier's House

The French film director, best-known for the first two "Transporter" films, "The Incredible Hulk", and "Clash of the Titans" lives here in the Hollywood Hills with his wife Beatrice. He paid about $3.26M in November 2014 to purchase the house from Jake Gyllenhaal.

Gyllenhaal had purchased the house in 2005 from producer Ben Silverman, who had purchased the house in 2002 from Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
