Compare the paint scheme to this one.

In a graveyard of old planes at what used to be Castle AFB.

According to airliners.net this is "N135SW (cn 21932/433) This ex Air China 747SP which has been in storage at VCV for sometime, was painted in the colors of Air Force One for a Del Taco TV commercial. Unfortunately the commercial was never completed...."
