Actually that plane is parked on the water. It's a seaplane that takes tourists up and launches from the lake (Kenmore Air). Note the shadow is on the dock. :-) |

Um, um, no, it's... it's still flying... its just that the earth has shifted upwards under it and is rotating along with it. That's it! OK, thanks. I fixed the title and description. |
