The Lions Gate CEO Jon Feltheimer lived here. He purchased the 4-bed, 5-bath, 6,392 ft² (594 m²) home for $9.8125 million, according to the LA Times. He had previously sold a 6-bed, 5-bath, 6,646 ft² (617 m²) home at 375 N. Saltair Ave. in Los Angeles's Brentwood neighborhood in June of 2009 for $5.678 million.
Sold for $14.4 million in 2011.
The new owner is Armen Khachatryan, who demolished the existing structure and is building a new house.
