This is not the correct house. The thumbnail shows the McCune mansion (home of oil tycoon Walker McCune, though he only lived in the guest house, followed by Gordon Hall, who made his money from Nautilus machines, followed by Geordie Hormel, heir to the spam fortune). The Goldwater home is across the street to the southwest, the arrowhead-shaped home that is just northwest of 40th St. and Keim.

Keim is also the street that Alice Cooper lives on.
