Actually, it's the track and field classic in conjunction with the Sugar Bowl. The game itself is played in the Superdome, although it looks like it'll be in Baton Rouge this year. |

Uhhh.. the Google Maps link you have opens to the Street Map and the Satellite Image shows the stadium high and dry. |

It might still be available as a Google Earth overlay somewhere... but I suppose this type of special feature was only meant to be temporary anyhow. |
