Waller, Texas (TX), US
American motorsports legend A.J. Foyt owns an IndyCar team which is headquartered in this shop in Foyt's home state of Texas. He created this team in 1965 while his own racing career was thriving.

Foyt was a very versatile (and busy) driver, competing in USAC open wheel cars, Indy cars, and NASCAR stock cars. He is the only driver to win the Indy 500, the Daytona 500, the 24 Hours of Daytona, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He ended his driving career in 1994 after racking up 172 major victories.

Several drivers have competed in Foyt's racing team over the years, including Robby Gordon, Eddie Cheever, Scott Sharp, Kenny Bräck, Billy Boat, Eliseo Salazar, Darren Manning, Vitor Meira, Mike Conway, Takuma Sato, and his grandsons Larry Foyt and A.J. Foyt IV.

The team's most recent victory came at the 2013 Grand Prix of Long Beach won by Takuma Sato.
