Rosewood Center. Founded in 1888 as the "Asylum and Training School for the Feeble-Minded", it operated until 2009. Some of the buildings have already burned down. Peak population of nearly 3,700 patients. Numerous reports of neglect, malpractice and abuse emerged between the 50s and 70s.
