Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates. He is the son of the founder of UAE, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

It was built in 2004 for an unknown Saudi businessman, but sold to Roman Abramovich before it had been delivered to the original commissioner of the yacht. Abramovich famously loaned the boat to both Frank Lampard and John Terry who play for Chelsea F.C., which Abramovich owns.
