Abra Prentice Wilkin is a Chicago philanthropist and great-granddaughter of the Standard Oil tycoon, John D. Rockefeller, who is often regarded as the richest person in history.Some of Wilkin's contributions to the city of Chicago include the Prentice Pavilion (the largest birthing center in the Midwest region and among the top 25 birth centers in the United States) and the new Prentice Hospital.
