Aero Country is a privately owned (many individual property owners), public use airport. The airport is well funded and in July of 2010 built a completely new 3000' x 60' runway. A developer is expanding the airport to the East with Hangar-Townhomes and Hangars protected by strong CC&R's. McKinney Texas has been listed as the #5 place to live by Forbes Magazine and Aero Country Airport is a flagship GA airport.
