I'm sorry the post are now to difficult.
The Coordonates are : 14° 41'22.15"S 75°06'58.17"W

It's not the same than -14.412218,-75.065817 ?

No, in order to convert you have to divide the minutes by 60 and the seconds by 3600, then add them all together, so 14° 41'22.15" becomes 41.689486 (41 + 0.683333 + 0.006153), and likewise 75°06'58.17"W becomes -75.116158.

If you're in Google Earth you can set it to display LL in degrees (with decimal) format or in degrees/minutes/seconds, (which is the default), in the Tools --> Options --> View menu.

Correction to above: 14° 41'22.15"S becomes -14.689486 (14 + 0.683333 + 0.006153)
