Aldo Disorbo's Colonial Van Lines moving services work with a bait and switch approach. They lure the customer assuring them to be available for the move. They require full payment and a two day window to provides services. AFTER securing my two day window with a full payment, I was notified on the day of the move they would not be able to fulfill their commitment until the following week?!!! Fast forward, they moved my belongings arrived two weeks late and owe me money. I have contacted customer service and still to this day have not seen money owed to me. I have escalulated the matter to Aldo Disorbo and ONLY get hung up on. BE AWARE of shady policy, commitment promises etc.
