The celebrity chef and heir lives here in Studio City. He paid approximately $3.3M for the property in 2014. The sellers were husband-and-wife screenwriting team Jeff & Jacqueline Filgo.
The house was also once owned by Bruce Willis. He sold the 5-bed, 5-bath, 6,827 sq ft home in August of 2000 for $1.73M, according to public records. Most of his current and former real estate holdings are also featured on this site.

As far as I can see in property records, George Eads does not live in this "former" Bruce Willis home.
