The Masters tournament in Augusta Georgia, started last April 9 with a wild start by Chad Campbell. The Masters, perhaps the biggest stop on the PGA tour, is one of the most prestigious professional golf events in the U.S., where hopefuls show up in an effort to win the coveted green jacket. This year's Masters is notable for a notable drop in corporate sponsors, especially those who got government bailout funding. The lost revenue will be substantial, but it will only be a dent in the $100 million the tournament takes in annually, so it is doubtful that The Masters will need a cash advance this year.
