Nice, France (FR)
The amphitheater located at the north end of the archaeological park of Nice-Cimiez was completed during the Severan period (AD 193-217), replacing an earlier version made of wood. The vaulted masonry structure seen today had separate seating sections for legionary officers and enlisted men, reached by different entrances.
