Small airfield, looks like it suffered major hits during the war, lots of patched up bomb holes. Forty AN-2s "Colts" are present, maybe a base where North Korean Special Forces would launch from? Compared to images of other planes in North Korea, these "appear" to be in good shape and maintained.
