Khemissa is a small town in modern-day Algeria. Located beside the town are the remains of the Roman town, under the same name, that once stood here as part of Roman Algeria. The ruins of the city are clearly visible. Walls, foundations and columns remain at the site. The most notable structure is the well-preserved theatre, which is the best-preserved structure in the city.
