Andy Samberg's House

This Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning comedian lives here in Beachwood Canyon with his wife Joanna Newsom. They paid $6.25M for the property in April 2014, a record for the area.

The estate is known as "Moorcrest" and was rented by Charlie Chaplin in the 1920's. It was later owned by actress Mary Astor and her parents. Astor reportedly hated the house and considered it a "prison".
