Description:Artyom (also known as Artem) Khachatryan is a Russian serial entrepreneur. He co-founded Kopeika, a Russian retail chain which was later sold for $650MM in 2007. He now heavily invests in the Russian retail sector.

Khachatryan paid $11MM for this Holmby Hills estate in 2010. The following year, he spent an additional $14.4MM to acquire another house just down the street from Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer.
