Assassination of Admiral Luis Carrero Blanco

Operación Ogro (Operation Ogre) was the name given by ETA (Euskadi Ta Askatasuna) to its assassination of Admiral Luis Carrero Blanco, the Prime Minister of Spain, on 20 December 1973. Blanco's bodyguard and driver were also killed in the operation.
