Description: The Javelin is a small high-speed personal jet being developed by Aviation Technology Group and Israeli Aircraft Industries. Also intended to fill the jet trainer role for various air forces, the Javelin is designed to look and perform like a fighter jet. It is said to look like a cross between an F-5 and a F/A-18. It is expected to sell for about US$ 2.795 million in the civil market. [wikipedia]

kjfitz's picture The tail and front look like an F/A-18 but the ing tips don't. Maybe the wingtips are folded up like they would be on an aircraft carrier.

Pdunn's picture I thought the same thing. However, check out the North and South views, the wings seem much more like an F-16s or even an F-5. And the paint scheme is definitely not Navy. I think this is something different.

jbottero's picture T-38 Talon / F-5 is my bet. See the small intakes on the sides (F-16 has a single large intake under the belly)? Looks a lot like a 2 seat T-38 Air Force trainer.

jbottero's picture On second thought, there are actually a number of small jet trainers that look a lot like the T-38...
