These are used for the combat repair training. Students learn how to patch panels and minor structural repair.

These are used for instructional purposes, mainly sheet-metal repair. This is referred to as "aircraft battle damage rerepair (ABDR). The aircraft: an old B-52D and an EC-135 that have been "put-out-to-pasture".
