Bancroft Tower, designed by Earle and Fischer, was erected in Salsbury Park, in the city of Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1900. It was built in memory of George Bancroft. The tower is 56 feet high, constructed of natural stone, and looks like a miniature feudal castle. The cost of Construction was roughly $15,000. It is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places

This Tower was erected by Stephen Salisbury III in honor of George Bancroft. When Salsbury died, the tower was donated to the Worcester Art Museum, which in turn donated it to the Worcester Parks Department in 1912.
