Several classes of stock cars race on this 1/2 mile dirt oval track on Friday nights. The track also occasionally hosts nationally touring late model series events and local sprint car races.

It held it's first race in 1936, making it the oldest operating dirt track in Pennsylvania. Until 1965, it only held races during the Great Bedford Fair. Early fair races featured Champ cars driven by many Indy 500 drivers.

Sprint cars, super-modifieds, and late models would race at the fair from 1955 until the late 1960's. In 1974, the track began holding weekly stock car races.
