Beechcraft UC-45J Expeditor

The Beechcraft Model 18, known as the "Twin Beech", is a six to 11-seat, twin-engined aircraft manufactured by the Beech Aircraft Corporation of Wichita, Kansas. During and after World War II, over 4,500 Beech 18s saw military service as light transport, light bombers, aircrew trainer for bombing, navigation and gunnery, photo-reconnaissance, and "mother ship" for target drones. The United States Army Air Forces flew them as the UC-45J Expeditor for the first time in 1937. The C-45 flew in US Air Force service until 1963, the US Navy retired their last one in 1972 while the US Army flew their C-45s through 1976.
