The property has a guest house situated between the main house and the tennis court, a swimming pool with built-in hot tub, a large patio, and a sprawling lawn with play area with slides and swings.

On June 30, 2015 the couple announced in a joint statement that they are divorcing after 10 years of marriage. The couple are clear that their children, Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, are a top priority.

Ben Affleck is to remain on the property, creating a space for himself in the guest house. Moving trucks were seen on the property as the divorce was announced.

Jennifer Garner was wearing her wedding ring in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is staying with the children, filming a movie. While Ben was there initially, he left for California to make an appearance at San Diego's Comic-Con. Ben was also wearing his ring during his panel discussion.
