Bethel Temple
Category: Buildings > Religious

The link provided has nothing to do with the building featured in this map or even Hampton, Virginia.

The grounds (parking & smaller buildings) belong to the church. That's not a giant ping pong ball. It's the dome (built in 1986) of the church's sanctuary. (I don't know if I'd list this under Buildings > Domes for the simple fact that it only seats 2,600 people but then again, even though it's not quite the size of the former Hoosier Dome technically it is a dome according to the website.)

Here's a proper More Info link:

(I should get points for this, ay!?)

A little investigative work can be fun (unless maybe it's for a part of France without much information and all you're lookin' for is the name of a local municipal stadium... and you don't read francais très bien.)

Wasn't very easy finding out the formerly named Giant Ping Pong Ball was the Temple Bethel... but a site like that in Hampton, VA on the corner of Hunt Club and Todds... much, much easier than the Stade Municipal du Penmarc'h.

I humbly accept the award. Twas my pleasure.

If you think France is bad, have a crack at some of the Info Requested maps for China...
