Beth's Cafe is a restaurant in Seattle, Washington. Located in the Green Lake area of Seattle, on Highway 99 (also known as Aurora Avenue), the restaurant is known largely for its "greasy spoon" cuisine and is justifiably famous for its 12-egg omelette.

It was featured on a Travel Channel program that showcased the best places in the country to "pig-out".
