Bill Bartmann, founder and Ex CEO of Commercial Financial Services lives here. Until recently, one of the largest fraud based failures of a business in history. Bartmann was worth over $1 Billion at the time. Originally, the entire gated and walled estate was his, but the courts seized it and now it's an upscale subdivision. They even took his tennis court and putting green for the residents' use.
