The billionaire co-founder Newport Beach-based PIMCO built this home in the Palm Desert resort community of Indian Wells, CA.
Gross is well-known for his hefty real estate purchases, he paid $23 million for a Newport Harbor home, only to tear it down and put the land back up for sale. In 2010, he also paid $35 million to purchase Jennifer Aniston's home in Beverly Hills.
