Well, I knew the raven was probably a squadron symbol, and there are Prowlers parked on the ramp in front of the hangar so I Googled 'whidbey prowler squadron raven' and bingo.

Actually you may find a stronger resemblance to the VAQ-137 Rook Insignia.
