The Blue Reef Aquarium at Portsmouth, formerly The Sea Life Centre, includes a large variety of different sea creatures from the solent to the waters of the Mediterranean.
From the picnic area there are views across the Solent and as the Solent is a busy shipping land with both small and large ships it can be interesting to watch.
The Blue Reef Aquarium in Portsmouth contains a number of different display with its centre piece being the Sea of Cortez which is a giant corel reef display. Some of the other displays include Otter holt, Solent coastline and Warmer waters each having its own fascinating insight into its given subject.
