The menu is simple and basic. Probably the best-known specialty is the green chile cheeseburger, a succulent hand-pattied burger made from daily-ground chuck and smothered with vibrant chilies and melted cheese. The rib-eye steak, cut from prime beef, is spectacularly juicy and flavorful – and at half the price of any of the national prime-steak house chains, one of the nation’s great beef bargains.
