It's the BOK Center, an 18,041 seat arena.

Yeah, its the BOK Center. I live 30 minutes from there. Its gonna be friggen awesome when it is finished!!

Still under construction in Google's Streetviews. The exterior walls and glass panels are almost completed. It is scheduled to open on August 30, 2008, three years after the project broke ground.
