I thought I saw what looked like a marthon in another neighborhood a few weeks ago. I should have researched it at the time. Good catch.

If you look around, it becomes apparent that this view is not the marathon in progress. The people visible are probably officials or fans heading for the grandstands. Maybe what you saw was the marathon runners.
