Legendary crooner Frank Sinatra lived in a Spanish hacienda style mansion on 2.2 acre estate located on North Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills neighborhood in the late 1940's.

The property was bought by Paramount Pictures CEO, Brad Grey for $18.5 Million in December 2010. Grey listed the house for sale in December 2011 for $23.5 Million and then relisted it in June 2012 for $20 Million as a tear-down. Grey took the house off the market, demolished it, and started a construction on a 12,800 square feet modern farmhouse-style estate. The construction was finished a couple of months prior to his death in 2017. His widow listed the house in February 2018 for $77.5 Million.

The property was purchased by Bruce Karsh, the co-chairman and chief investment officer of Los Angeles-based private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management in May 2018 for $68.82 Million.
