The Hollywood acting couple, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt bought The Ridgedale Estate in Beverly Hills from American philanthropist Wallis Huberta Annenberg for $13.1 Million in 2001 and spent three years renovating it.
Aniston & Pitt sold the home in 2006 for $28 Million to hedge fund owner Jon Brooks and his wife Shanna. Brooks sold the house in 2020 for $32.5 Million.
The estate was built in 1934 by famous architect Wallace Neff.
