Brazilian aircraft carrier São Paulo (A12)

NAe São Paulo (A12) is a Clemenceau class aircraft carrier of the Brazilian Navy, formerly the French Foch. It was built in 1957 and was purchased from France in 2000.

If the imagery is pre-Dec 2005 then this could be her sister ship Clemenceau (R98) which was stored here prior to being dismantled in the UK.
