Brian Wheeler is the founder and CEO of Tijuana Flats, a chain of Mexican restaurants mainly in Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida. His father, Chester, left his position an executive position at Lockheed Martin to become CFO at Tijuana Flats. Chester loaned Brian $20,000 to start the company which has grown to 73 locations.
