I think this may be bridge on autostrada A23 destroyed by the floods of river Tagliamento and since rebuilt. Flooding is very common here but I couldn't find any information about the damage this serious ( my Italian is not good enough). The link below is about anti-flooding measures on this river in general and does have some pictures of the area (but not of the damage).
